This page describes the conditions under which you may request a refund for purchases or subscriptions made on the https://wellwish.online (“Site”). By making a purchase or subscribing, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Conditions for Refund
We provide refunds only in the following cases:
- Technical failures: If a card was not generated due to an error on our Site (e.g., server or AI failure).
- Submission deadline: A refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date or the start of the subscription.
- Account status: Your account must not be in violation of our Terms of Use.
Refunds are not provided if you are dissatisfied with the quality or content of a card, as all images are AI-generated and may vary. All cards are labeled as “AI-generated” in accordance with EU legislation.
2. Right of Withdrawal for EU Users
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel a purchase or subscription within 14 days of payment under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. However, you lose this right if:
- For a one-time purchase: you confirmed your consent to start generating the card via a checkbox before payment: “I confirm my consent to start generating the image and waive my right of withdrawal within 14 days in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.”
- For a subscription: you confirmed your consent to activate the subscription (access to card creation) via a checkbox before purchase: “I confirm my consent to activate the subscription and waive my right of withdrawal within 14 days in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.”
3. Non-Refundable Items
We do not provide refunds for:
- Completed and downloaded cards.
- Promotional or discounted purchases marked as non-refundable.
- Fees related to payment processing.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us: Write to info@wellwish.online including:
- Your name and the email associated with your account.
- The order number or purchase date.
- The reason for the refund (e.g., description of the technical issue).
- Screenshots or other evidence, if applicable.
- Review: We will respond within 7 business days and may request additional information.
- Processing: If the refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your payment method within 14 business days. The speed of crediting depends on your bank.
5. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the Site or by writing to info@wellwish.online.
- After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current paid period. Refunds for unused periods are not provided unless required by law.
- Refunds for subscriptions are subject to the conditions outlined in section 1.
